I’ve been buying these vitamins for years. I feel much better and energetic while taking these. Easy to swallow with no stomach upset.

This is a reasonably priced pharmaceutical grade multivitamin and, unlike many other multivitamins, you only need to take ONE CAPSULE per day.PROS:1) Pharmaceutical grade. This means the contents are as listed on the label. Supplements that are not pharmaceutical grade are not guaranteed to contain the listed "ingredients."2) Relatively inexpensive per day.3) Regular size capsule is EASY to SWALLOW. This is a huge concern for me; I cannot deal with horse pills any longer. This multivitamin went down with no problem.4) Only one capsule required per day. Check the labels of other multis; many list two per day.CONS:None detected so far.

Comparable to more expensive brands. I have a soy allergy and it's very hard to find a good vitamin without soy that is affordable. I can tell a difference over the CVS brand I had been taking. I can't pinpoint it but I just feel better! It was soy free but it was a big, hard, lump of a tablet and I suspect I wasn't absorbing it well. The Nutribiotic vitamins only require one per day unlike some of the more expensive brands that require four per day! I will keep buying these.

I have allergies to fish oil and and that was so far the only multivitamin that don't give me allergy reaction. And help boos the strength. I recommend.

I've given these a fair chance but my stomach cant take them.. I also take them every time with food...just not good for me maybe for others
