I love Monin syrups but this one is not a favorite. In a latte I can’t tell it from the caramel, with 2 pumps.

Bought this to mimic Starbucks mocha latte. I usually get a venti with only 2 pumps mocha, I don’t like it too sweet. This chocolate syrup is perfect—not too sweet or overpowering. I use 2 tsp in my cup of coffee. This is not a Hershey’s style syrup for ice creams.

I had thick syrup in mind, this was not. This was sickening sweet even for my sweet tooth. It did not say on the bottle if it needed to be refrigerated. I called the number on the bottle, no answer no return call to my message. I wouldn't buy it again.

This is a very thin syrup, basically liquid and not thick at all. Also kind of a scam by advertising as organic but using no real chocolate. It's all "flavor" . Don't be fooled by the word natural flavors. Nothing real about them
