Used them all over the years from Moly-cote to CRC synthetic to bearing grease. This stuff both protects caliper pins and stops noise from pad abutment friction and it doesn't wash off. If you're doing brake work, it is a must have.

If you service brakes, this stuff is great for lubing the sliders and pins on the calipers. In the northeast, this is a must and often overlooked aspect of servicing brakes. Many shops fail to properly lubricate the sliders which results in the caliper sliders freezing up due to rust. This leads to uneven brake wear, frozen pads, and ineffective braking. I take apart, clean and lube the sliders twice a year to keep everything moving properly. The high temp ceramic lubes seem to hold up better under heat of braking, and this is excellent for its intended use.
