This was the second set of these I have purchased due to periodic valve adjustments on my 2005 mdx. The first set held up well except for what I believe was my carelessness. When I took off the last set I noticed a couple of the gaskets for the spark plug tubes were torn and oil was in the tube so be as careful as possible with alignment when installing.

Purchased these gaskets and they worked as intended. Felpro is usually pretty good and this was no exception. I would purchase them again.I would say be careful when installing the grommets for the valve cover bolts because you can tear the new grommets if you're not. Personally I added a little bit of grease to The Grommet and then just push it through.

This seems to work well on my 2006 Honda Odyssey EX. So far it doesn't seem to be leaking.My only complaint is that the big gaskets don't have the little nubs in them to line the up nicely with the OEM grooves. Is this strictly necessary? Probably not. But it would be nice. I didn't take away any stars for that, though.

The media could not be loaded. Purchases a FEL-PRO VS 50607 R valve cover because I’ve had good experience with their products in the past. But this one was nothing like my oem one. It doesn’t even look like the Bolo picture - Which would’ve worked perfectly because it looks like one I’ve used in the past. One received was missing notches like the oem gasker, if it’s missing notches it will leak oil.Ask anyone who’s installed one before and they’ll tell you, learned my first time many years ago and didn’t want to repeat that same thing. (If missing tabs for the notches)The item number matched up, so I’m not sure what happened.

I had no choice but to use it anyway because in Australia gaskets for Honda v6 are very unfairly priced and this was the best option, so once it arrived I had to use it. I used RTV to seal the gap where the notches were, and also put a thin layer of RTV around the whole mating surface to try and make sure it doesn't leak. Besides the missing notches the gaskets are thick and seem durable, and the set comes with everything you need for your valve covers.
It's a Fel-Pro gasket set. Hard to beat.
