It’s rich and smooth without being too bitter, which is hard to find in really dark chocolate. I bought the 12-pack to stock up and ended up subscribing because it’s that good.I usually have a square or two after dinner or while working. It tastes like real chocolate, not overly sweet, and it feels like a treat that’s actually doing something good — it has antioxidants and things that can help with heart and brain health.A couple of things to keep in mind:This chocolate has caffeine, so it’s not the best to eat late at night if you want to sleep well.If you’re taking iron supplements or eating foods high in iron (especially plant-based iron), try not to eat this chocolate at the same time because it can make it harder for your body to absorb the iron.Like many dark chocolates, it can have small amounts of lead and cadmium because of where the cocoa is grown. It’s not something to worry about if you eat it in moderation — just don’t make it a daily habit in large amounts.Overall, this chocolate tastes great, feels smooth, and is worth having on hand. I love these bars of really dark chocolate. So I ordered a dozen of them. It never occurred to me that warm weather could be a problem although it should have because I remember years ago when I lived in San Antonio, there were some companies that would not ship chocolate products in the summer. Anyway, this came in a big box that was insulated with about an inch of some kind of foamy material all around all the sides and the bottom, and the top, and there was an ice pack in the box with the package of chocolate bars. They arrived absolutely perfect. The ice pack had melted, but the chocolate bars did not seem to be the slightest bit affected by heat.

I'm sure the product is fine, healthful and delicious in each bite of dark chocolate, but my review is of the shipping of it. Shipping was stellar! On time, packaged well, cold packs, plastic bag around product, cushioning in the shipping box. This is a summertime order in 100 degree weather. Total success!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I like their version of dark chocolate. However, Bolo boxed it terribly and it as open and dripping.

I eat a low sugar diet, so dark chocolate is a standard part of my every day diet. While Lindt doesn't have the most complex flavors out there, it is decent for mass produced chocolate. I like that the 90% dark doesn't have any emulsifiers. The flavors of the chocolate don't come out very well when just munched on quickly. This is a chocolate that is better allowed to melt in the mouth and taken time with. It has a very smooth texture as it melts. The flavor is fairly one note, but it does do a good job at lingering on the taste buds. As a "daily driver", it works great for me because craft chocolate is far more expensive.

I will buy again the 85% cocoa. Smooth and creamy and healthy. I was so surprised when an insulated package arrived at my door in hot South Florida! I didn’t even think about the melting, but they did. The bars were perfectly safe.

Although the package waiting for me at the gate when I got home, it was very warm including the items inside tonhelp keep it cool we're very warm, fortunately the chocolate bars were in great shape all I did is have to put them in the refrigerator, so all in all, all is well

Delivered on time, unfortunately I had 12 bars delivered and they had a month until they went out of date. Not good.

Love Lindt choc. Like a lot of luxury goods it’s gone up in price but I saw this multi pack and have stocked up . Only problem is it’s just so yummy I might be tempted to eat more than a bar a week… maybe just have to order more…
The best and cheapest anti oxidant as effective as pine bark.
If you need to detox your stomache go for dark chocolate 90% or higher. Mixed it with raw honey and you have all natural sustaining daily cheap concoction of fibre and anti oxidant.
