These 2 mg capsules are easy to take with food or liquid, especially when taking more than one at a time and with other supplements or medications.I prefer them so much more than the tablet form, which is messy because of the powder that forms in the jar with the tablets. I highly recommend the capsules.

I received the Copper supplements, and I love how small they are. However,I cannot give this product 5 stars as it was very hard on my stomach. I tired it multiple times, but consistently became nauseous every time. I'm sure this is not the experience for all, but I believe that it is important state my findings.
