Ive bought many syrups from DaVinci they are always delicious and i get the sugar free caramel, chocolate, butterscotch caramel. And i have their caramel and chocolate for ice cream as well. I make a mean caramel macchiato with this product. Highly recommended this product and anything that DaVinci makes.

A summer favorite of our family is to make sugar free Italian sodas, and I usually get a small selection of flavors. We try a new flavor every once in a while, and we were eager to give butterscotch a go. In our 16oz cups, usually 2, maybe 3, pumps is more than plenty. I had to put at least 5 pumps in my cup just to get past that bitter club soda taste, and even then the flavor was hardly noticable. 2 more pumps, and I got a mild yet odd caramel butter flavor. It was close to what I was looking for, but just not quite right. I added a pump of Irish cream, and that brought out the butterscotch flavor a bit more. Maybe I got a bad bottle, but I'm not really willing to try again. I'll look for butterscotch (or english toffee) in another brand. At least this one was less expensive than its competitors.

I use it to flavor my full fat yogurt. What I don’t like is the bottle is filled too full, so when you put the pump in, it spills everywhere.

So I thought I read in the reviews and there wasn't a bad aftertaste. I am very particular and taste for some reason and I can taste this awful aftertaste I can still taste the butterscotch but the aftertaste overpowers it unfortunately I wanted to love this but I just can't
