Easy to use and definitely noticed results... Getting older so the ease of pill, and no bad gritty taste for creatine is appealing to go with all my other pills... Man, these are truly the best! I tried going with a cheaper brand and it gave me nausea and bloating, I went back to this Optimum Nutrition one and I feel great!!! They are large but totally easy and fine to take, beats taking gritty powdery drinking kind. Capsules are best! Definitely recommend, 10/10 product!
