Alright, when I read the other reviews for this product I invariably end up infuriated. This is a great product that provides 1500 calories at a relatively inexpensive price. This product will help you gain weight significantly faster than most other brands in the same price range. So everyone needs to stop complaining about the taste! Its not made to taste good its made to add some muscle to all you ectomorphs out there that can't gain weight to save their lives. That being said, I have tried every flavor and will provide a brief description of their tastes.Flavors:Chocolate: Second best of all the flavors that are available. It is appealing because its harder to get sick of chocolate then some of the other flavors they offer.Banana: By far the best flavor for this drink. Banana successfully tastes like a pretty good milkshake when mixed with milk but doesn't taste very good when mixed with water.Vanilla: An okay flavor, not as good as banana or chocolate but decent none the less.Strawberry: Avoid strawberry! It tastes horrible and for some unknown reason, it had a different and unappealing consistency compared to the other 3 flavors.So my recommendation is to alternate between banana and chocolate or to buy banana serious mass and add in some Optimum Nutrition protein powder which makes it taste even better.Again, I have gained 15 pounds using this stuff over the course of 2 months and my best friend has gained about 20 pounds in the same amount of time. It really does work if you take it every day. I generally take one heaping scoop in the morning with breakfast and one before I go to sleep.

This product has really helped me through my recent gym workouts. I take one protein shake using this product after most workouts and it has helped me gain weight as well as provide protein and nessecary vitamins. It has a huge amount of powder inside and the taste is not bad. The product personally helped me gain about 8 pounds, from 140 to 145 over 2 months during average use of it. The scoop sizes are rather large however who can argue at the low price. The product does what it says and helps you gain weight and helps you after workouts. I would reccomend this product for anyone who is trying to gain weight.Good Qualities:-Product arrived on time-Product helps gain weight as it says-It comes at a cheap cost-It has a very large quantity of powder (12 Pounds)Bad qualities:-The scoop sizes are very large, however this may be for mass gain so it is not all badIn the end, this product says what it does and will help you gain weight as I have personally experienced through average use of the product. It is good to mix with milk and water and make smoothies using other ingredients. It is a good supplement to take if you are trying to gain weight while going to the gym.

If you're looking to add calories to your diet, these bad boy is what you need. Purchased the 12 lb bag for the value and I do want to note the serving size for this thing I almost double of other protein shakes, the scoop is enormous so it compares to a 6lb container of some other powders. I love this product because I only use one scoop instead of two and I like to make it in the blender and add ice cream or banana. I had some problems getting it to dissolve all of it in a shaker bottle so I opted for the blender method and with the vanilla flavor and adding some cookies and cream or cookiedough ice cream this is just delicious. Great way to add a massive load of calories to your diet . it has 50 grams of protein which is good but the kicker is the 1250 calories, again thats for a two scoop serving and the scoop is more a cup than a scoop. If you want a protein you can easily mix at the gym I suggest trying true mass by bsn, I like they're strawberry flavor. Otherwise for someone looking to bulk up, great product.Pros: Lots of caloriesThe flavor is better than many, but it's a protein powder you're not drinking it for the flavor. (I tried the vanilla)Cons: the scoop is huge, I almost always use half a serving and use it to load on calories.It may take a while to get it to dissolve all the way in a mixer cup, specially if using the full two scoops.Overall great product, I keep this and a thing of true mass in hand when I'm trying to bulk up a bit during the winter, I cycle through the two based on how much I think I can down and so I don't get bored with the flavor. (also if I remembered to wash the blender, haha)

excellebt quality protein powder. I been purchasing this powder for the last so many years and it is same great quality. Good amount of protein and it helps build good lean muscle. it is easy to mix, easy to digest, great tasting, good amount of calories. Prices are a bit high but well worth it

A helpful tool in gaining weight/muscle

With weight training and a very physical job I need a ton of calories (around 4000 a day) this mass gainer definitely helps, I find it tastes better with semi skimmed milk than water, and totals more calories consumed with 2 servings. The scoop is quite bigger, larger than what you'd used you put detergent in your washing machine, and the dose is 2 a day, you could just have one after a workout, but I have one at work around 10-11am which helps feel a gap well and being a shame is easier than food or snacks. I got the vanilla one, it tastes a tad different to the normal whey protein by ON, sweeter maybe but after a first few tries it's fairly nice, I don't use a blender just a shaker ball, and about 600ml of milk, it does a clump a bit and needs several shakes between a few swigs. Put the milk or water in first (this is common knowledge) but try and shake it hard/drink quick after dropping the powder in as the longer it fits the more it'll clump at the bottom and it's not fun trying to consume the gloop at the bottom, messy. Or just don't be lazy like my and blend it, might come out better.
