I had never heard of it until my doctor recommended this supplement. I used to be able to find it in my local stores, but lately it has been sold out for longer, so I transitioned to getting it here on Bolo. Arriving via Bolo for about the same price as store without having to go check if back in stock is just so much easier, so going forward I'll get it here again. I have tried another brand's Black Cohosh and while the tablet was smaller, I wasn't sure it was as effective. I'm further along in this menopause journey, and while I still get uncharacteristically warm periodically, still no gross night sweats or during the day dripping perspiration for no reason like I used to have before taking this Black Cohosh. There is a slight alfalfa type smell to these, but no taste because it is in a smooth capsule that I can get down without water despite its size. I'm finding taking one capsule at the same time every day helps with keeping the uncharacteristically warm spells to less frequent. If I forget to take it at lunch, by bedtime I know something is wrong and I sleep hot and horrible - so I know I still need my Black Cohosh! From talking with my friends and coworkers, everyone's menopause journey is different, but no side effects and not harmful to animals like some of the prescription options out there, so I am recommending this to everyone. I hope my review of Black Cohosh helps someone else.

I tried Nature’s Bounty Black Cohosh Root Pills (540 mg, 100 Capsules) alongside other products to manage menopause symptoms, and it definitely helped. The hot flashes and mood swings felt noticeably milder over time. While I was using other supplements and remedies, the black cohosh seemed to contribute to the overall relief. The capsules are easy to take with no side effects, and at a reasonable price, it’s absolutely worth trying for natural menopausal support.

OMG it worked !Black Cohosh has been life-changing for me.I sleep so much better at night now. After months of suffering and not sleeping due to waking up drenched in sweat, I finally went to see a gynecologist. This is my first time ordering these from Bolo. They really help with hot flashes. I was looking for a bigger bottle. The stores did not have the size that I wanted so I checked Bolo and of course Bolo had the bigger size! You should give these pills a try if you are going through menopause like me.

I started taking this after witnessing a friend at that time suffer by getting soak & wet from menopause hot flashes! Literally!!! The goal was to prevent this from happening to me when the time came. I'd take Moringa, but only a few times a week. I just hit perimenopause Feb 2025 after turning 50 the Summer of last year & the heat flashes would push up on me like I was sitting on the the outskirts of hell! Now, why the heck would I do that? I"d never. Anywho, I started "consistently" popping 2 Moringa a day in March. The flashes were still happening, but I know things take time. Still I added Black Cohosh, dosage, 1 a day & ladies, (easy to swallow capsules that taste like herbs) & the flashes are damn near gone. Easy as ABC. Together, they are effective. I sleep better. Flashes have subsided more than HALF & occur less and it has not been a full month yet. I imagine after 3 to 6 months on these supplements, I'ma be Gucci! I take Oil of Oregano to stay regular, Soursop to fight cancer, Vitamin C + B- Complex for my iron, Pre&Probiotics & Biotin. I started working out & added creatin & a veggie collagan rich protein. Get Moringa & Black Cohosh! I'm telling you, they WORK. If you are on meds, talk to your PCP BEORE taking. The drug interactions can be DEADLY! I only do herbs!!!!! Gucci!

I noticed an improvement with my hot flashes almost immediately. Within a few days I went from having one nearly every hour to once a day. Now after a couple weeks I may have one once a week. I did however get really bad heartburn. I take it with food as instructed and I've tried taking it in the morning/night but it doesn't seem to make a difference, the heartburn is pretty bad. However over the counter medicine has helped with that, and I'm waiting to see if that side effect will diminish after a bit. Otherwise this definitely works to get rid of hot flashes! No other side effects for me
