MD advised iron supplement. I chose Nature's Bounty because familiar with the brand. The coated tablets help reduce side effects but take with food also to further prevent GI problems. Iron is better absorbed when taken along with Vitamin C. Suggest you add to your diet only if your lab work indicates low red blood cell counts and your MD recommends the dose.

I purchased this iron supplement to take daily at home. I ordered it from Bolo for the ease of not having to go store to store to find what I was looking for. It came packaged well and quickly. The price was fair and it was definitely better to have it delivered than to go search the stores for it!

I started taking this supplement because a routine blood chemistry test showed mild anemia. Taking too much iron is not good, but my blood iron levels have been normal since I've been taking it.I switched to an iron-free multivitamin at the same time as I started this supplement, in order to prevent getting too much iron.

I am a regular platelet donor (20 times in 2024), if your iron is low then you can't give, I was low twice, I took these and have raised my count successfully. I made sure to take one at meal time.

Easy to swallow and tasteless, I take my every morning and have no issues. Most people complain of constipation issues, if you keep yourself hydrated and well balanced meat, you won’t have any issues. This is a very good and small tablet to take if you have lower iron deficiency. I would recommend this product as it’s helping me with my health.

A lot of iron pills give me awful sulfur burps but these ones don't and they don't upset my stomach. I like to donate blood regularly, but I am a vegetarian and often my hemoglobin levels are low so I need to take iron pills.

The media could not be loaded. I’m very confused as to how this bottle is fully packed but has less tablets in it
They are small in size but big on impact!
I don't eat red meat so need iron to help with my anaemia. These work a treat!
