Bought this to help my freshman practice! Exactly the same one they used at all the high school meets. Really helped her get over her starting block fear. Now we can practice on our own time exactly as she would for a track meet

I purchased these blocks so that my daughter did not have to go without when the high school team forget to pack their own. They are high quality. The base is showing some rust due to the steel. They are fully adjustable for foot incline and are every bit comparable to the blocks @ the high school...except ours has our name on them.

The starting blocks were horrible! Why a plate with spikes was installed on top of the bracket, where the blocks insert, is beyond me. The plate couldn’t removed either.

This is exactly what I needed. It is heavy and does not need the assistance of another person holding the blocks. The spikes on the bottom were already attached to make for easy assembly. The shipment came quickly and intact.
