Works with 3 wire Venmar Constructo 2.0 when modified.
Works great as a replacement for my Vermar three wire Switch. Had to cut the extra trace line off the circuit board and then used a three terminal block instead of the two as mentioned under other reviews. Used these terminal blocks: https://www.Bolo.ca/dp/B0BXKVW541?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title. You need to be able to do basic soldering. I bought 1 May 14th, for 34CAD. Now, only two weeks later they are 52CAD. Due to Tariffs I assume? So I got the next 4 from a store in Toronto for 38CAD.
Simple operation, easy to wire.
I installed a new Fantech hrv and wired up 2 of these to activate the hrv from the kitchen and bathroom. I could have saved some cash using other brands, but in the end I think it was worth the expense using these. The wiring was simple 2 wire low voltage, and when I activate one from either location, green lights appear on both switches to show that the unit is running. I can hook up a maximum of 5 of these from various locations. This model activates for 20 minutes, then turns off. Simple for everyone in the house to use. I've only used them for a couple of months. If I find an issue with durability, I'll post an update.
