I've been taking fish oil for over 15 years now, and this is the best of them so far. Enteric Coating really makes a difference in fish oil, as there are no burps, etc...Quality product.

I've taken Nature's Way Fisol for over a decade. I recently discovered Super Fisol, so switched. While I cannot talk to the benefits of taking a fish oil supplement, I can say that I am in my 60's and have no mobility or circulatory issues whatsoever. Fisol is enteric, so there is no fishy burp or aftertaste.

I have taken this product for 3 years. I take two tablets per day. This product has lowered my triglycerides by 100 points well into normal ranges. This product has no after taste and does not bother my stomach.

These capsules are enteric coated, so nobody gets fish burps from taking these. My daughters (and I) were unwilling to take fish oil capsules that follow you through the day, so these are great. Everyone in my family takes this.

I can only say this in my case and I am not making any medical claims. But, I know for a fact this product greatly lowered my triglycerides from a high to a normal level and increased my HDL (good cholesterol) to an above normal level that the doctors find terrific.Once when I didn't take them for several months, my triglycerides went back up. When I started taking them again, they went back to normal. So all I can conclude is that this is a terrific product.This fish oil does cause some repeat and reflux. You can get a fishy taste with it. Now, I'm referring to the Super Fisol and not the regular Fisol. I've never had this issue with the regular Fisol. So, I won't be buying the Super Fisol again. This may or may not be a problem for you.One negative - it does thin your blood to some extent. Before you go to the dentist or have surgery or whatever, you might want to stop it. Talk to your doctor about this if it concerns you. Any fish oil will tend to have this effect with most people.-- Susanna K. Hutcheson
