According to the kind customer service representative, sunflower oil is used only as an excipient to process the small amounts of preservatives that are in the actual flaxseed oil. The oil itself contains solids (lignans)which are part of the unprocessed seed, and this contributes to the residue in the bottle that some people have complained about. Apparently they have health benefits and dissolve into the product when shaken. I found the taste to be quite good, and since it cost about half the price of many of the more expensive varieties, I will continue to buy it.

So my dog has kidney disease and we have to make her food now. Flax is expensive so I was excited that I found a larger bottle at a decent price. My last bottle, I thought I noticed a weird color, but i had been squirting it in the top of the finished food before stirring, so I initially wrote it off. Brand new bottle, I but it in the bowl first and saw allll this junk. What id that??? I’ve been feeding this to my sick dog, not cool at all. Go to return, NO RETURN? Even with a photo showing this junk in there? They literally sent me a bad product and won’t take it back. Luckily, Bolo refunded me anyway, cancelled the subscription. After coming in to leave the review/warning I noticed a handful of other reviews with pictures of this stuff in it.

This think, yellow, odorless oil works wonders on my curly hair. It seals in moisture, keeps hair from frizzing, and keeps it from tangling up right after I detangle it, BUT it still clumps nicely for defined curls.I bought this for an irritated scalp. I think my scalp gets irritated by gels and dryness in the winter. So, it’s amazing that I can use this to help style my hair with fewer products. One treatment with this over leave-in cream works wonders.This oil also helps my flat iron press last longer. It even helps me to keep my hair tame when I lightly straighten with a hot brush it under low hear. Of course, the winter weather is helping.I think that the sediment is gross. I tried pouring some off the top, but it still mixed in. So, I filtered it through a towel and threw out the yucky mess. I am shocked that people drink this gunk. I suppose it is just husks but it still looks gross. Of course, you lose product by filtering it… I wish they prefiltered it before bottling it. But, for the price and volume, it still creates value. Still, I do plan to try other brands in the future.

I got this oil primarily for seasoning my cast iron. It does a very credible job at that, easily forming a hard finish that protects the cast iron. After 4 or 5 layers, it's holding up wonderfully to the abuse. My dutch ovens still look great.I give it less that full marks for a couple reasons.First, no matter how carefully you try, the minimum you can squirt out of the dispenser top is a rather large dollop. I'd estimate it at a tablespoon. That's more than I need and the rest just gets wasted on the rag.Second, the top leaks. Fine if you're going to store this upright in your pantry but a rude surprise when it was stored sideways in the box of camping cooking supplies.Finally, there is a LOT of grit at the bottom of the bottle. Maybe that grit is all good stuff if you're using this as a food ingredient (I did see a "shake thoroughly" on the label) but it's just waste for my purpose. That said, the grit did all settle out very nicely and stayed in the bottle so it didn't interfere with the seasoning I was putting on my cast iron.

Tiene 16% de Omega 9 que es un aceite oleico, no linoleico como yo lo necesito, como una cuarta parte del final del aceite se quedó atascado en el recipiente como algo espeso que no pudo salir, no me convenció

注文（同時に決済）から到着まで20日間もかかり、毎日食しているこのオイルを切らしてしまう羽目に。出品者様は、問い合わせに大変迅速、かつ丁寧に対応して頂きましたので悪い評価はやめて☆三つ。今回は試しにアマゾンさんで注文してみましたが、やはり、個人輸入で購入したほうが早く到着しますね。郵便扱いの発送方法は遅すぎですねえ。国際定形外郵便だと追跡番号もなく追跡できないので今回のようにまだかまだかと言う時は気が気じゃないかな・・ まあ、無事に到着してよかったです。海外発送の「お届け予定日」は全く当てにならないということが勉強になりました！お品物は長く愛用していますので文句なしです＾＾遮光容器ですし、容量も大きくお得！海外品にしてはキャップ部分も使いやすくて良い。納豆やサラダなど必ず入れてます。
味も風味も落ちて残念
最初に購入してから7〜8年。今回初めて不味くなった。ラベルもリニューアルされてる。
