When I initially saw the box, I was concerned that this was a former returned item, because the box was wrapped (excessively) in yellowed tape. But the tool was well packaged and is in great condition. In the manual, I especially appreciated the sentence: "We know your cat is super cute, but pay attention to your project." I also like the clever "Thanks for remembering Wen." I appreciate that they include a piece of sandpaper; it might be good for the online description to include a link to a package of sandpaper.
