This is my absolute favorite salad dressing in the world! I do pour off some of the oil because it reduces the flavor. I could eat this every day of my life and never get sick of it! When I have a salad, I often use any bits of dressing to dip other foods into so none goes to waste 😉. It is so delicious I wish I could buy it in significant bulk.

This is one of the few salad dressings out there that doesn't have hidden carbs to keep it emulsified. That right folks, you're going to have to shake this one before you use it unless you want all oil. It's also not overly salty, a plus, since you can always add but not subtract salt from dressing. It can be hard to find at times so I put it on Subscribe & Save.

I loved some Italian dressing in my childhood that was thin and shiny and perfect (think it was from a local Italian restaurant). I've tried SO many dressings and recipes... to no avail. Drew's is the answer. Thank you!!

So, I don't know if this is an odd bottle, or the way it is.The photo shows a dark color at the bottom of the label that led me to believe there'd be some herbs in it, like other Italian dressing.Nope.Just clear garlicy oil and vinegar...
