Don,t think ive ever left a negative feed back, but this is ridiculous, thread trape in ports, gasket is siliconed to pump housing with black silicone. time to get re-aquainted with local brick and mortar parts stores.

Worked and fit perfectly
Great SBC performance fuel pump.
Great pump, makes good consistent fuel pressure on my 400hp 350 chev. And for anyone interested in this pump it takes 1/4" NPT fittings on the inlet and outlet.

A cessé de fonctionner après 1/2 journée. Je me suis fait donner 3 autres pompes neuves de la même marque par un ami et elles ont le même problème. Marque à éviter…!!!
Used for rebuild parts
I actually used the internal parts to rebuild the old pump on my OMC stern drive engine. It was cheaper than the rebuild kit (not available) or the proper pump (also not available). Everything fit perfectly. There are many configurations of the inlet and outlet ports and with or without the case vent tube for marine use. Unlike older pumps, the pin for the operating lever is not in a drilled hole. There is just a groove in the casting and the pin is staked in. Note, this is a genuine Carter pump.

Use this pump on both my 73 Nova (406 SBC) & 74 Olds Omega (355 SBC) ... they work very well with my setups !!!
