I always try to find food that's lower sodium so I can at least enjoy some old standards. This is a little lower than other brands and has a good flavor, although white cheese isn't quite as appealing for me as yellow. Will purchase again. I will recommend though that you use cow's milk instead of plant based. It results in an off flavor that's odd and definitely not as tasty as with regular milk. And it will take a bit more milk than specified in the instructions when stirring the cheese packet into the butter and milk!! I would suggest about a quarter cup, otherwise the cheese gets lumpy and doesn't dissolve or blend easily with the pasta.

I pantry must have. I make a quick batch in my little hot pot. No fuss. I rarely add anything else to it. Tastes pretty natural, not like the orange stuff that I even hated as a kid. This has easy flavor. When I do feel like adding to it, I may add a little butter or cream, or some strong grated cheddar, maybe some vegetable bits.I dont eat it all the time but it one of those items I like to know I have readily on hand.One box doest make a bunch. I usually eat the entire box if I am not eating anything else with it.
