I have been using another popular joint supplement (for which I won't mention because it would be unfair to that company) for quite awhile and I wasn't getting much relief from the stiffness and flexibility of my knees. So then my brother-in-law told me about Move Free because it was what he used. So I figured I would give it a try. WOW!!! After just two weeks of taking it everyday my knees began feeling better and less stiff. After 6 weeks I no longer have the stiffness in my knees and all my flexibility is back I am literally running up and down stairs now. I used to have to do one step at a time with great pain and effort. I hope they never stop making this product, if they do, I fear all the pain will be back. I also was suffering for a few years with an odd burning pain in my middle left toe, which is now completely gone too. My knee pain used to be so bad that I couldn't stand for more than a few minutes without wanting to sit down because they ached so badly. Now I can stand for hours without any effort. I can't emphasize enough how truly amazing this product has been for me! I can't speak for everyone, but for me it has enhanced my life tremendously. I'm 56 years old and my knees have been restored to what they once used to be before all the pain ever began. Thank you Move Free.

This stuff does work. I'm always a skeptic when it comes to supplements but I have noticed an improvement in my joints since beginning to take this product. I ran out of it a few weeks ago and was too lazy to get in here to reorder...that was when I could really tell you how much of a difference they had been making. I will make more of an effort to not run out again, lol! I was not paid for this review and paid full price for the product so this is a genuine review ;)

I been on joint supplements for years. Some work, some don't, some work for awhile but then stop being as effective. I bought the smallest bottle to sample this brand. It has help. with my knees and elbow pain. I used to wake up in the morning with pain in my elbows. I guess it's the way I sleep. My company has desks where you can stand or sit but I couldn't take advantage of the standing feature because of my knees. After using this for a few weeks I don't have any elbow pain and can stand at my desk for several hours without any problem. Again these supplements don't work for everyone but so far so good with this one.

First a disclaimer, I don't take this product, my dog does, and to state the obvious, you should always talk to your vet before giving a pet any type of medication.So, earlier this year my dog began limping. She's 12 years old and a cancer survivor so I tend to be overly cautious with anything out of the ordinary - off to the vet, we went. She likely just pulled a muscle jumping around since, despite her age, she's still quite active. But the vet also said she is likely to experience more of this kind of thing now that she's getting older and recommended that I give her this joint supplement. She's doing great on it and has had no new incidents so I'm happy with the results.

Much better for me then expensive brands. Pain in shoulders, neck, hip & knees. After 1 week I am much more comfortable feeling in my joints. Will buy more. Much better then Instaflex Advance. Did nothing at all!

I find this product has helped my knee pain for years. This is the type of product you have to keep taking; it will not build up and cure your mild joint issue. The reason I know it helps is because when I went on vacation, I didn't bring it with me and after a few days my knee started hurting. It took me by surprise because the product had helped me for so long that I actually forgot that I even had knee pain. I've heard from people with much worse joint issues that it didn't help them. Mine must be a milder case; as I have not been diagnosed.

I've been ordering the Move Free Advanced ultra tablets for many years. It's awesome, better than any product, prescription or not, for relieving arthritis pain. Recently I thought I'd try this Move Free Joint Health because it's cheaper. Well, I learned why it's cheaper. It's just ok for controlling arthritis pain but it doesnt work nearly so well as the Move Free Advanced ultra tablets. After a couple of weeks I went back to the Move Free Advanced ultra tablets. A few pennies doesnt matter when serious arthritis pain is at stake.
