Great quality and holding up nice for a few months now. Installation sucks, but it's definitely worth replacing it. Wish I would have done it sooner. No leaks and great heat in the Cherokee!

This fit well but the same problem as when it was changed by previous owner som years agoThe hole were you fix the pipes did not aligned.Previous oner drill a new hole in the same plate but I drilled a hole in the plastic house about 10mm to the left of the original hole for fitting.

So far so good. I installed this heater core in my 2000 Jeep Cherokee about a month ago. The job is time consuming, but I had no problems with the fit, form, or function of this part. Do yourself a favor and replace the A/C evaporator core and the blower motor while you've got the HVAC box torn out of the dash. The parts are all cheap and trust me, you don't want to have to do this again. The heat output of this core is adequate, however I don't think it quite matches the brass/copper OEM core. Considering the OEM part is now discontinued and it is near impossible to find anything other than an aluminum core anymore, this part definitely gets the job done for the price. As for the longevity of this core, I'm hoping that I don't have to tear my dash apart again anytime soon.

Worked perfectly on a 2001 jeep xj, it is quite difficult to install. A shop will charge you about 8 work hours.

First day I put it in it leaked. Immediately sounded like it was leaking after installed. Progressed to utter failure of product. Would not recommend buying.

Well built Heater Core and is a exact fit. Just like a new radiator or heater core its a good idea to take a garden hose and flush both tubes with fresh water to make sure its all clean inside.
