These vitamins are a great value for the quality. They have made a difference in my energy. They don't really have a taste as it's a capsule, they are effective, not too large. As always must take with your largest meal of the day or you'll get an upset stomach.

Several years ago my nephew, who is a naturopathic physician in Canada, brought these for me to try. We discussed the ingredients, and he reviewed the ingredients on the multivitamin I was taking at the time. Let's just say he was not impressed with my name-brand vitamin's ingredients. The Vital Nutrients - Minimal and Essential multivitamin is far superior than anything I can buy at the grocery store. They're a bit more expensive, but I feel the quality of the product is worth the extra money.

I wanted to like this Multi Vitamin, as it had just the right ingredients for me. It says to eat with food, but no matter what I did or what time of day I took it, it just made me feel half nauseous or have upset stomach. I liked the fact that it was a capsule since so many of the vitamins out there are horsepill-size tablets. After much searching, I finally found something I like. If you are having these same issues, you might check out Omnibiotics Ultimate Multivitamin. I have been using them twice a day for two days without any side effects, they are capsules and are easy to swallow and they DO NOT have a disgusting smell like these Vital vitamins do, plus they are vegan. Hope this helps some of you.UPDATE:I appreciate that Vital reached out, after seeing my review, and offered a refund on the last bottle that I purchased. I do buy other Vital products, which work great for me, just wished that this one did too.

Minimal and Essential multivitamin has been very helpful to me. Some of the other brands out there have to many nutrients and hidden things in them that caused me problems mentally, giving me side effects and reactions to them. This Minimal and Essential Vital Nutrients brand has been just perfect for me and I have been using it for a long time with no side effects or problems. It is so nice to be able to know that these vitamins made by Vital Nutrients can be trusted.Anyone that has side effects or chemical reactions to other brands of vitamins I highly encourage to try this brand.

Has almost everything we lack in our depleted and processed food supply. Not a hard pill that is unable to be absorbed. This is powder capsules. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for. Never buy off the shelf mass produced vitamins at your local megamart. It doesn’t have the full range of B vitamins. Find out what you are deficient in and make sure this has it. The RDA % on most ingredients is off the chart.

This was recommended by a Naturopath and it is reassuring to get the minimals and essentials in a couple of caps per day. Take with food, always. This will help digestion and absorption of nutrients (and minimize vitamin-flavored burps.) Keep in refrigerator and watch the expy date. They have a strong smell due to the concentrated nutrients, but it gets stronger if they are old or not stored properly.

Great basic multi-vitamin recommended by naturopath. I take one capsules two different times of the day (usually breakfast and lunch). I do have to take them with food, or I get nauseous.Included in the capsule: Vitamin A, beta carotene, D3, E, C, B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, no-flush niacin, grape seed extract, folic acid, biotin, zinc, manganese, copper, chromium, and selenium.Capsule can be opened and mixed with something to help disguise the taste for those who do not like to swallow capsules. Capsule is about 3/4 to 1 inch long.
