This brand was recommended, and I am glad I ordered. The only downside is the large size of the tablets. It may be a challenge for those who have a hard time swallowing big pills. I detected no smell or after taste. I take because I also take liquid collagen and calcium.

These seem effective, but the pill size is absurd. I'm the type of person to take 4 pills at a time, and I can barely managed ONE of these horse pills! Absolutely worth finding a smaller alternative if you can. I'll finish this bottle and then be finding a brand that I don't get stuck in my throat almost daily.

My keratosis Pilaris ( chicken Skin) is very much smooth now. Knee skin looks baby skin now.This brand NOW is offers effective products. In the beginning i felt some bowel movement with these. So i skipped next day and started taking one tablet at night . And slowly my body got used to it so there is no uneasyness in bowel. It feels like it is healing gut.

I just started taking this supplement about a week ago. The pills are slightly bigger than I expected, but they are manageable. I will update once I have given it time to incorporate into my body.

Its helpful in acne ...it cleared my skin but u need to use it for like 3months and then discontinue ...give a break of 2-3 mnths and then again..just add as a supplement for beautiful skin.
