Hair grows! The sides and hairs at the cheekbones show gray very soon after the hair is colored. I continually need to darken that new growth and these wands are indispensable. ( I recently bought another version of this in a department store and hated it: it was inky and runny and smeared. ) Even though I often wear a wig, the hair next to the face still shows and requires coloring. Grateful for this product!

This product makes covering your roots so much easier than any powder. The mascara like applicator makes the color go on smoothly and doesn’t make any mess at all. The dark brown color is a perfect match for me.

I have been using this for years and far surpasses all other gray coverage options. I brush it over my grays while my hair is damp, this seems to work best for me, then I blow dry. I wash my hair 2x per week and seems to last after brushing on damp hair with minor touch-ups in between. I use dark brown and blends naturally with my hair, with highlights. The consistency once applied is good, especially after blow drying. Doesn't cause stiffness. Since the brush is a wand it's easier to color over hairs like mascara. I have recommended this to many of my friends who now use it.

I have ordered this product before and am very happy with it. I use it for my grey hairs around my hairline and it really does its job. It’s very easy to use.

I'm not sure if this was an extremely expired batch or what but let me tell you it was bad. I've actually never bought something so bad. It was like a clumpy batch of greese in a bottle. When I put it on my hair it was like having vaseline mixed with motor oil. I didn't call customer service instead just returned. I hope someone elses experience is great but mine was not.

Allergic reaction and just overall ineffective product
I got a severe rash from using this the very first time. My scalp was very itchy even through I tried not to get too close to my scalp. The product seems to do its intended job but it makes your hair feel greasy and unmanageable after use and will stain your skin and hands terribly even with a gentle touch. It also ran into my face when I was out under the sun. Do NOT recommend this product at all. Too many things wrong with it 😕

Isn't water proof and turns your fingers black if you touch it. Interferes with styling your hair properly. Wasn't happy
you have to wipe the brush before application
