If you're looking for a stool softener look no further. Luckily for me I didn't have to go through many other products till I found what I was looking for.Only one thing - it says "not for prolonged use" ; what is the definition of prolonged use? This product is wonderful. Worked overnight. No Strain and no runs. It actually made me go like I used to years ago.I hated taking all the colon cleanses which you are not to take daily. Between this product and pre/probiotics I am at last normal. No more struggling & pain. Very rarely to I get clogged up anymore. If I do I just take 2 and I'm fine the next morning. The greatest thing about this product is it does not contain Polyethylene Glycol 3350. It is found in almost all laxatives and stool softeners. It is derived from petroleum products and main ingredient in Anti-freeze!! It may cause autism, dementia, depression, schizophrenia, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer and Parkinson and unsafe for children also.To this day I believe that's what caused my mother's alzheimers and my vet recommened it to my beautiful 16 yr old Persian when I mentioned he acted like he was having trouble going. I even used less than what he recommended. 1 week later my baby is gone. That's what promoted all the research and I found this product. I research all products now going in and on my body. Alot of work but better safe than sorry. But back to product all I can say is Thank You EZ-GO !!

whoa !this is powerful stuff very catharic, which i guess my colon needed. i should have taken just one cap, but took a second before bed. had lower leg cramping and had to wake up and walk around to relieve them. this happened several times last night. just don't take a handful !!! lol.

“EZ-GO” What I like about this product is; that “doesn’t contains SENNA AND CÁSCARA SAGRADAS” which is very bad for my Colon.My Gastroenterologist > Explained to me, (before) I was using “other laxatives with Senna and cáscara Sagrada” she founded dark spots inside my colon while doing the Colonoscopy 2018, and those DARK SPOTS covers or disguise any cancerous polyps, she explained to Me.EZ-GO, I tried it twice, I take one capsule @ NIGHT with one probiotic to skip any cramps (?) in case...., It’s new for my sensitive intestines so I’m careful.** Bottom line: it Works, I take it @ night. I like to add my personal tip: take it with a probiotic supplement, Will do the trick very good 😇indeed! Whoosh! I been buying and searching for anything good because my Rx Linzess is too expensive and gives me diarrhea. One more thing: I run a research about: “Turkey Rhubarb” it’s not meant to be taken every day., so I’ll try every other day see? Thanks for posting my review Bolo

Chose this product over colace and others because it is herbal and all natural. I have found it to be effective yet gentle as described. It works as a stool softener not a laxative for me which is what I wanted.Whenever I begin to get a little bound up i take one in the evening an hour or more before bedtime and usually get results in the a.m. or the next day with easier bowel movements.Good for me as a preventative of getting to the point of pain with constipation. I try to also watch my diet as well avoiding foods that tend to bind during times of constipation. Best product I have found so far in the natural realm for this purpose.I am reordering to keep some on hand just in case. When I do get constipated (which is not often but often enough to make me want to avoid it) it is really painful and debilitating. This product is gentle enough to use as a precautionary preventative without concern of unpleasant side effects for me.

I have had chronic constipation for maybe 10 years, i took my first dose, 1 at bedtime , and passed the next afternoon, it was a little hard to pass but hey it had been days. i took 2 pills the next night at bed time and went in the morning when i got up, i went a second time when i got to work. i went again in the afternoon at the gym and again when i got home from the gym. and when i say i went i mean a lot !!!! wow i didn't know i was so full of SH*T LOL. i will continue to use this product but i will not use it everyday as the label says not too. ( some of the reviews i read on here sounded like they are taking it daily. ) so it can cause dependence if your not careful. oh, and i did not get watery stools either !!!!!
