Boy, this is great stuff. The price is right and the flavor is wonderful. Yes, it is a pain to deal with the large heavy bottle. I passed on the pump after reading the reviews and used a small table knife to coax it out into a small pouring pitcher to use it. Perfect flavors and texture over ice cream. I put the small pitcher in the microwave under very very low power ( 1 out of 10) for about 45 seconds NOT the whole jug, and it was enough to make it very luxurious and not hot. Highly recommended and a great deal Use by date is for about 8 months from when I received it. Real sugar, real chocolate. Vive la France.

Since the pandemic, I've been using our espresso machine's milk frother to make hot chocolate at home on workdays. This is the closest product I've found to match the delicious taste of a Starbucks-bought hot chocolate. It's not overly sweet like so many powders and it tastes even better with a pinch of Hershey's Cocoa (Special Dark) and a good quality milk!

Beautiful chocolate. it tastes amazing and has elevated the flavor of mochas perfectly. I don't think I can buy hersheys syrup again after trying this! Love the big container, but it's hard to pour a small amount and easy to get drips on the side. Totally worth it though! the texture and flavor is everything.

I use this sauce to make iced mochas in the morning. Saves me time and money by not having to run to the coffee shop every morning. It is large and well the money. You do need to purchase the sauce pump separately.

A Great Find
We found Monin Gourmet Dark Chocolate Sauce at Van Houtte Coffee House in Riviere du Loup, Quebec. We asked the baristas there what chocolate sauce they were using to make such great mochas, and they showed us the 64-ounze bottle with the pump. We ordered it from Bolo and had it shipped to our campground on Prince Edward Island, where we arrived the following week.

Great taste, but not Keto friendly
This is definitely the best tasting sugar-free chocolate sauce I've tried. BUT, if you're buying it because of Keto, keep in mind that Maltitol (its primary sweetener) has a glycemic index almost as high as table sugar (35 to 52 vs sugar's 65). Might be an issue for some diabetics as well, depending on how your body reacts to it.
If pumps come with wish it did
Exactly what I wanted good product took about a week after pressing to get here not bad at all
