I could not believe that I had to order a whole wheat flour from Bolo. I don’t understand my markets don’t carry it.Thankfully, Bolo does carry it and add a very good price

I received this order in April and with life being so hectic I just got around to opening and making a sour dough starter. First, I opened the plastic saran wrapper and the bag was OPEN and as soon as I took the saran wrapper away, the flour was visible. Then I noticed that it was marked Use Before July for best results. No way could I use 5 pounds of flour in such a short time. I am extremely disappointed and will not use as it has been opened. What a lot to go through for 1 cup of starter sour dough bread. Had I known it had been opened and then REwrapped, I would have sent it back immediately.

Great product! I use it to feed my sourdough starter and make bread....but I removed a star for the packaging ...I order it with 2 bags of regular flour and they used to individually wrap the bags in plastic. Now they just toss them all in a box and twice the bags busted open! I was able to salvage most of it but wish they'd go back to the plastic wrap!!
