I was delighted to find these in a 'set'. We use these all the time - SO easy to prepare, just soak in boiling hot water for 5-7 minutes and they're ready to go! Filling, but less calories than rice, and excellent in Indian or Chinese dishes. I love that they're gluten-free. They are thinner than angel-hair pasta, and are VERY hard to find in stores - usually one can find the wider ones, but not these delicate ones by same maker. A box of them makes a HUGE amount; we usually use 1/4 to 1/2 box for 2 people per serving.

I use these to add to veggie spring rolls. They are delicious and add a different texture to the rolls. I've also used them to make homemade ramen soup. I live in a food desert for variety, so Bolo to the rescue.

We love the product and gave max stars, the problem is shipping. The manufacturer packaging was appropriate for grocery shelves, not for shipping. Bolo placed the fragile box in a mylar envelope. Of course the boxes are crushed and torn. I am not returning it because there is no contamination. I hope you will rethink how this product is shipped.

Love to make a Thai noodle or Pho soup…don’t get excited, not from scratch. These are consistently great when cooked.

I was taught by a Chinese restaurant chef to soak any rice noodles and vermicelli in cold water for twenty minutes and then boiled it till it was soft or put it in the hot broth right before serving.Great for any type of chicken soup and kids love it a lot.
