I just received by blue and red Balego Figure 8 Resistance Bands, and I sure wish I had ordered all my figure 8 resistance bands from Balego instead of from SPRI.The Balego bands have the thick padded foam handles that I thought I would get with the SPRI band. However, when I received the SPRI bands the handles were not padded at all, and they hurt my hands as I used them.In comes Balego! These are bonfire padded handles with a 10 of 10 comfort level! Now I can enjoy my workouts.Please note that the resistance level/color coding of the Balego bands is quite different from the standard resistance level. For example, Red bands are normally a medium resistance. However, with the Balego bands Red is considered to be "heavy." All that aside, I would stock up on these Balego figure 8 bands if you're looking for both strength and comfort.I'm attaching pictures of the red and blue bands I just received from Balego, and then a group shot showing the red and blue bands of Balego and those of SPRI side by side. Hopefully, you can see the difference in the padding on the handles.

If you’re a strong person and need heavy resistance, this band will do it. I bought this one and the next level down. This one was too much for me and I know it without trying it. The orange/red one is what I need and it’s a little struggle; the red provides a good amount of resistance. I can’t imagine what this one feels like.The quality of the bands is excellent. I kept the red one.

Seem well made but it's pretty stiff....much more than a cheap one I got at Walmart in an exercise set. Took forever to receive. At first I thought maybe come from China but they didn't. So shipping time probably biggest gripe. They came from manufacturer.....probably someone's kitchen or garage business....side business.

A decent resistance band, but I've been very disappointed in the cheap construction of the foam grips. After very little use, they have started to split already. Could have been much better.

For the price, this is amazing added resistance for lower body work. Awesome for gluts, hamstrings and thighs. And chest workouts too. I just started using for upper body but mainly I use it for lower body interval training.

The rubber tubing was too stiff. I have exercising rubber tubing from another manufacturer that work as anyone would expect but the Balego tubing was way too stiff and unusable.
