This aluminum free baking powder is my favorite. When you bake a recipe using a lot of BP like scones, it doesn’t leave an aftertaste. Also, it’s better not to eat aluminum. It’s much cheaper to buy online. The grocery stores charge a lot for this brand.

業務用でアルミフリーのベーキングパウダーを探してました。いつもは他店で購入するのですが、こちらの方が安価です。
高くなった
カルディで400円で買えていたのに姿を消したのでBoloで買ったら800円。なんでやねん。商品自体は最高です。すり切りやすい蓋のフチに、高さも低いので引き出しにジャストフィット。アルミフリーで言うことありません。後は値段だけ戻ってくれ。頼む。
使い切る前に品質悪化
あくまで使い方によると思いますが、我が家の場合、それなりに使うのですがのこり400g弱であまり膨らまなくなりました。でも破棄した分も含めてもコスパを考えるとこのサイズを買った方が安いのでまたこれを買いました。ジップロックなどに小分けして冷蔵庫や冷凍庫に保存しています。
