I love Bob’s Red Mill brand anything! These red lentils are amazing and cook up so well. I’ve used in a recipe that required them to be blended after cooked and others that cook up for soups. So good any which way!

All of Bob's Red Mill products are great. So are these Red Lentils, which I add to soups and stews and which break down and help thicken and add nutrients to the meal. If you want a Lentil that will not break down, then use Green Lentils

It’s impossible to find red lentils in my grocery stores. This is the best I’ve found so far with price. They are easy to cook with and doesn’t have very strong taste. I blend them in marinara or add it to dishes with ground beef to boost my family fiber intake. My pickest kid can't even tell it’s in the dish once i blend it and mix it.
