So I bought this as a Christmas present for my girlfriend who's a CNA. Before purchasing I did some research on others including this and found that actually a lot of entry level medical professionals seem to like this brand due to its quality and price. They weren't kidding about that, the quality is great and the price really is nice compared to some other brands that are way more expensive. Although she won't really be needing this for work as much right now, due to the hospital she works for has some lending equipment, it's good to know she's got it ready, especially for when she goes to school to become an RN and BSN later on. The item was brand new, in box and exactly as the color purple seen in the description. What was kind of surprising is that the second timer had already been installed and was working via the manufacturer when we opened the box. Not sure if they do that prior to mailing or if it just sits in the box with it working all the time. We'll see what happens if the battery dies sooner rather than later I suppose. All in all shes super happy with it and is really proud to show it off at work when she has taken it in. Definitely a great buy!!

Don't waste money on a Littman. Seriously. This has decent sound and I won't be really mad when some doctor walks off with it. Just a little mad. And I never use the bell side anyway. Would much rather have a second hand that's easy to see when counting.
