Heard this was snake oil etc but I notice increased energy almost immediately. Not sure if placebo or what. Product tastes clean. Will continue to use this supplement as I live in big city.

The day I got this I was exhausted. I took the recommended dose and worked for 2 hours straight. I know you have to be careful to take apart from eating but that's not the products fault. That's the only draw back is remembering the time taken. My energy has increased daily since it arrived. I also lifted more weight today than I've been able to since a flu in December.

I got to say I was a little skeptical at first that this could increase oxygen levels. However I now know that it does work because I have an oximeter and test myself before and after I take this supplement. When I take the supplement within a minute or so my oxygen levels in my blood increases from 97% saturation to 99% and even sometimes 100%! It does have a slight salty taste to it, but not overbearing. I use this when I'm at the gym and doing intense workouts or first thing in the morning to give me a small burst of energy to get my day started. If you have serious oxygen level issues you might need something more potent than this.

It tastes like very very salty water. I didnt notice any benefit from using this as a supplement. I have a sensor on my smartphone and smartwatch that measures the bloods oxygen level. While I dont feel any benefit, it did raise my blood oxygen level by 2 percentage points (from 97% to 99%) so...in my best opinion...it does raise the body's blood oxygen levels. *Note that to achieve this, I took more than the recommended "2 dropper-full" dosage.
