Ok I'm a 53 year old with always something physical to take care of. About a month ago a began experiencing bad knee pain. Not from an injury or anything like that. It would hurt so bad it would wake me up at night several times in a night. I did some research and Glucosamine kept coming up for joint pain. I was skeptical but was willing to try anything. I'm happy to say I ordered this product have taken them 3 times a day. I'm floored that my pain has gone away. I keep thinking it will start hurting again but to my surprise all is well. I'm not a doctor but if you have joints that hurt before spending hundreds going to a Doctor give these a try it worked for me. Maybe it'll do the same for you.

Because of dietary limitations, I had to give up the supplement I'd used for a long time to limit the discomfort of osteoarthritis. Since then, I've been using a combination of whatever other supplements I can find that will help without containing any forbidden ingredients. Most of the glucosamine supplements available seem to be "glucosamine sulfate," which I can't use; so I was delighted to find this one that is "glucosamine hydrochloride." Not only that, but it seems to be the missing element I needed, since I've been pain free since adding it to my formulary.
