When my hair was super thick and uncontrollably curly, I used as a leave in treatment after shower. Now that my hair is thinner, I still use it as a freshen up- I put a little in my palm and pat through to tame down frizz and lift up my hair. It doesn't really have a scent, it smooths out my hair, softens and doesn't weigh my hair down- it's a great value for the money.

My stylist recommended this as my hair is dry. This leave in conditioner keeps curls or waves in great condition and often doubles as a curl cream. Hair looks and feels great. Not sticky, low fragrance but nice.

If I could give Sebastian Potion 9 100 stars, I would—and then some! This is hands-down my favorite hair product of all time. I’ve been using it for years and it has never let me down. I don’t even use conditioner anymore—this little orange miracle conditions AND styles all in one step.My hair is smoother, healthier, and so much easier to manage thanks to Potion 9. Product was fine. I’ve always loved this product and it’s great to have it back, but they shipped in an envelope and didn’t include the lid which is weird and not super helpful for travel.

This is the most amazing conditioner you will ever find!! It's expensive but worth every dollar. It's great for kids hair that is thicker and I love the feel when I use it. It does work better when you blow dry your hair. It leaves it so soft!! It's fine if you don't blow dry as well but I find blow drying it makes it so smooth and soft. I love it so much after I got the first bottle I am now subscribed to get it every four months.

I've been using this product for about 10 years... and the results are amazing! I am addicted to Potion9 as it is the only product that leaves my hair (type 2b) soft and shiny, with a nice texture - super natural, without looking like you have used any product at all, with a very subtle and nice smell.. and moreover it hydrates your hair!! I only visit the hairdresser twice a year and I always hear good comments about my hair... I don't have any split ends or dryness at all! I've tried so many products for the past 10 years and I always come back to this one. I do combine Potion9 with other products, depending on the occasion (if I want to style it I can use hairspray or argain oil to make it even more shiny).You can use it after washing your hair, on wet or dry hair, on "dirty" hair (day after you've washed your hair), on the beach, before you blow dry it, before you style it with an iron... basically it can save your hair in any situation! I always have a little bottle with Potion9 in my purse, just in case :)The texture is a bit..funny and sticks to your hands, that's right. But after washing and drying your hands, that it will come out. It's worth the sticky feeling, trust me!I believe this is the best hair product ever! For type 2b or 2c hair, it really helps leaving your hair smooth and healthy!I've never written such a long review. This was only because I really want to share my positive experience!
