Unfortunately, the accumulated stress took its toll: sleep became shallow and intermittent. Lack of sleep triggered even more stress, so I had to take a radical solution.I drink this half an hour before bed, fall asleep quickly and sleep all night (at least 8 hours). If for some reason I wake up at night, I quickly fall asleep again. A great solution! My heart calmed down (from stress I learned where it is located on me, lol). Yes, I feel a little sleepy in the mornings, but this is still the winter-spring period with long nights. If I go outside, it is refreshing wonderfully.Yes, the taste is bitter. If someone is very bothered by this, you can put it in an empty capsule and drink it like that.

I have to admit that these work as far as getting some sleep but the problem for me is that they work too well for too long. I took one at 10 p.m. and still felt very sleepy the next morning and got up 2 hours later than usual. For the rest of the morning and into late afternoon, I had to fight to keep my eyes open and finally gave in around 3:30 p.m. and napped until 6 p.m. No box came with the bottle for information on the product or side effects to watch out for, etc.

I must be too polluted b/c I can never find sleeping pills that actually knock me out and allow me to fall asleep and sleep throughout the night (including prescription pills like Ambien,etc.). I wanted these b/c they're the 'old school' ones ,you know , the drowsy kind , non-natural , full of 'bad' chemicals , etc.Nothing organic/exotic in' em like 'natural' ingredients/flower-extracts/weird root-vitamins' , things you can't even pronounce (that never worked on me anyway).New Hollywood movies actually work better. I took about 15+ of'em ( I know, I know ) within a span of 24 hrs. I started out with taking only 1 , following the directions on the bottle of course , then 3 hrs later I'd pop 2 more , then 2 more & 2 more and so on & on , until I finally realized I only felt zombiefied & stopped popping'em .Sleep never came .Congrats to those who actually found these to work for them (I'm jealous , actually) But me personally? Nada. Waste of money , but hey , they cost less than a pack of smokes , so no biggie.
