These bands are inexpensive and the elastic lasts well, but the plastic tube handles are too thin so start breaking within a dozen uses. If the handles were a bit thicker, these would be excellent bands.

Update 1/5/22After 18 months and maybe 30 to 35 workouts this thing snapped, right above the handles. By this point they were so messed up and broken the thing was almost unuseable. If I had been facing towards the handle when the band broke, it could have taken my eye out. As it is I will have a pretty good bruise on my shoulder blades. STAY AWAY. DANGEROUSWorks fine but handles are way too thin. One started to split after only a few workouts. If you are using these seriously would advise one with better handles.

Excellent cords for stretching & strengthening workouts! Lots of fun when you get creative with them. So many ways to workout! You'd be surprised! They also appear to be well made. I would keep them out of the sun though. Good & good for you!
