I gave this race car/wood/paint/kit to my little friend Jack. A week later, he showed me his effort to paint and put together this very good looking race car!!! He’s in 1st grade and put the car together, painting it, putting the decals on, and it looked spectacular!!! You can see he enjoyed doing it, so I bought some more models he can put together.

Purchased a couple of these for my kid and we had a blast doing it. It didn't come even remotely close as nice as then ones pictured but we had fun painting the cars. Very creative way to play, we both enjoyed them

I got this for my 4 year old for Christmas. He had a lot of fun putting it together and painting it. I think putting the stickers on was his favorite part though. It’s very sturdy. We have a lot of Melissa and Doug items and I have never been disappointed in any of their products.

Got this before when my son was too little, he was probably 3 at the time. It was a big disaster.I bought these for my sons fifth birthday for the kids to do a craft at the party. Before the party I used gorilla glue to glue the wheels. Every 15 minutes I checked on the wheels drying and pushed/pulled/twisted the wheels so they would not get stuck to the body of the car. 8/10 cars I bought dried nicely and the wheels were able to spin. The kids painted them and had a blast. After the cars dried they applied the stickers. The stickers did not stick the greatest; some would stick and others were starting to peel off. I would not buy this product again, and would not suggest it to my friends.

Great product, great quality, ready and easy to assemble. I used it to practice building and painting for the cub scouts pinewood derby that my child will enter for the first time. Great gift or just arts and crafts toy for anytime and anyone.
Quality good for age group recommended.

My son (5) loved this, and played with it for weeks after. Only issue is that we had to glue the weeks on (they are supposed to fit snug and stay on, but they didnt)
