The hole in the center fits over the top of the corn or sore. The pad is raised up high enough from the surface of your foot that it absorbs the pressure of you walking instead of the corn becoming inflamed.

I have osteoarthritis in my right pinkie to so…Previous to this purchase I bought some cheapy ones, bad idea. They were much too thin and not "dense" enough so I got the "proper" ones this time. I can't quite get the right fit though. Either to small or to big. (Seems like a Goldilocks problem. 🤪) I solved it by cutting one side and spreading it out a bit. It was actually not a bad idea. It kept it from pushing on my pinkie tendon that is tender.

Do these provide cushioned relief? Yes. Do they go on easily? Yes. Do they come off easily? No.Tried these out to see if they provided any relief from a planter wart. Yes they do. They go on easy, and stay in place. Coming off, they come off in pieces, and not very easily. It took me 10 seconds to put one on, and nearly 5 minutes to get it all off at the end of the day.

These are amazing! I have a callus on each big toe and I’m on my feet for 8 hours straight everyday and by the end of the day my toes are killing me. I put these on and my toes felt so much better, they barely hurt by the end of the day. They stay where you put them and don’t slide off during the day. I would definitely recommend these if you have calluses that hurt you.
