The 3M PPS Series 2.0 Kits are available in various sizes from small to large, offering maximum efficiency for every job, and helps lower your cost per use. Each Kit contains the components of the system: disposable lids with integrated collars and full diameter filters, disposable liners, reusable hard cup with universal mixing ratios built into the cup and sealing plugs. 3M PPS Series 2.0 makes it even easier to mix directly in the cup. If you’re mixing on a scale, use the “max fill” notation on each cup to fit the maximum amount. Cups include a clear access window to help you see how much material is left while spraying. The window also allows you to hold the liner for easier, cleaner lid removal. This is especially useful during refills or tinting. Our 3M PPS Series 2.0 Lids feature a domed geometry that allows up to 90 ml (3 fl oz) of material below the filter during on-demand spraying. This reduces sputter and other inconsistencies in spray performance. Lids also feature a wider spout for improved fluid flow. Every lid features a built-in full diameter filter available in 200 micron or 125 micron mesh. Be sure to consult the paint or coatings manufacturer for the recommended filter mesh size. WOW! This product is quality, it fixed my problem with my convertible rear window saving me about $2000.00If you take your time and get all the items you need , you can fix your problem also. This was my first attempt at using this product, it gos on easily after your prep. It says drys quickly , I found I had more than enough time to get it right before it started to dry. Make sure you wear mechanic gloves, it is a little messy if you get it on your hands, you’ll be wearing it for a good week before it wears off, I tried turpentine and goof off, they do help a little.The whole project cost under $100.00. Definitely worth the try.
