Very good, tasty icing. I loved the whipped option. It tastes great. Much lighter than the non-whipped icings. Easy to use. Not stale. Nice and fresh. Stays fresh for eating. We do normally use it pretty soon after we buy it.

I bake 5-6 cakes a year and cupcakes 2-4 times a year. I LOVE this frosting to use in between layers or piped inside a cupcake. It’s not overly sweet and has a slight marshmallow taste that reminds me the inside of a hostess cupcake. I almost never use it to frost the outside of a cake or for the primary frosting on top of a cupcake. I use homemade frosting to do that. But this is great in layers or inside cupcakes. I can’t find this flavor in any store anymore so stock up often on Bolo. Highly recommend!
