This still has a decent amount of sodium (per can), so beware if you’re watching that nutrient.Otherwise I find the taste more palatable than the standard soup due to the reduced sodium. Have eaten many of this and other Healthy Request soups and found them OK to good. Quality is consistent (no “woody” chicken or weird vegetables) even if the flavors aren’t as forward as the standard fare.
