It comes ready to use right out of the box with no assembly required, so you can start working out immediately. The Powerline Flat Incline Decline Bench measures 57 by 16 by 18 inches (L x W x H) and weighs 45 pounds. It folds away compactly when not in use, and features bottom wheels that allow you to easily move the bench from the living room to the garage. The incline workout bench is backed by the Powerline 10-Year In-Home , which covers the frame for 10 years and all other parts for 1 year.
