I have made this pasta for people who love regular wheat pasta and they do not know the difference.My local store stopped carrying this, and I will continue to order it online.You can make it a variety of ways from soft to firm.It has a lovely mild taste and it is easy to cook it just right.Thank you Tinkyada!

I can't eat regular flour pasta. (If I do, I end up with tummy troubles that last for 2 days.) So I had to look for gluten-free options. I don't like most gluten-free pasta bc the texture is usually off (it's dry, stiff, tastes off, etc.) but THIS pasta feels like normal flour pasta texture-wise. It cooks fast and is great with any dish we make. There are a few types of pasta options to pick from but they're all this brand/brown rice. The once or twice I tried to save money and just buy cheap regular pasta, I paid for it for the next 2 days. Yes, it's a little more than you'll pay for those generic flour rigatoni on the shelf, but the taste and how I feel afterward make buying it worth it.

I was so glad to have found these on Bolo at a very good price! They are very hard to find here on the island. Not only are they expensive, but they simply fly off the shelves once they arrive in stock.However, I did take away a star, which the item deserves a big huge 5; because of the packaging!!Been buying these for years now in perfectly sealed bags, as pictured!Was stunned to open the package and find the product in small cardboard boxes!!That is simply not good for island living!! We are constantly fighting humidity and bugs!!!Taken care of easily by opening them and putting product in my air tight pantry shelf units, but many may not have those!! I would suggest to keep this wonderful product in the bags!!!

I was not happy to find out I needed to remove gluten from my diet. This pasta cooks wonderfully and I can make things for the whole family and no one complains about the texture. The price makes me want to cry at close to $4 a bag when regular pasta is maybe $2. Worth it though.
