This actually tastes great! Best of all, there's no brown rice in it like all or most gluten-free breads. Made with sorghum. The texture is just what you'd expect for a bread and not at all gummy or mushy like every gluten free bread I have tried. Tastes delicious toasted and/or grilled. Easy to slice up and not at all crumbly. I would highly recommend this mix! I give it an A+
