The primary ingredient is green Jalapeno puree, so I am surprised that I like it as much as I do. I tend to prefer red pepper sauces and serranos vs jalapenos. The garlic & onion give it a 'smoother' flavor, more umami and heat builds more slower than a straight up jalapeno sauce. It is too Salty to get 5 stars from me. I don't usually season the eggs I scramble for breakfast tacos so It works out right. I would totally buy this from my local grocer, prices here with shipping are pretty expensive for the volumes I consume
