I don't expect much from life. My existence is to get up, drive an hour to work, work 10 hours, drive an hour to get home, sleep, and then do it again. On weekends I do my best to just lay low and enjoy some peace and quiet. I do, however eat and have bodily functions that can, over the course of a year or more, pretty much wreck a pair of underwear. Enter the Fruit of the Loom Men's 3 pack! OMG! the elastic bands combined with the cotton fabric cups the boys in secure comfort while the clean, white back gives the impression to any paramedic that might have to see it that I am a man who someone loves, who someone cares enough about to get a Fruit of the Loom Men's 3 pack of Tighty Whities for Christmas!And I mean that. Like most of you, there was a time when I would have been pissed if I got underwear for Christmas. I wanted a video game or a ball or something fun. Now I don't have fun, even though I can just buy that crap whenever I feel like it. But I will wear a yellowing, 3 sizes-too-small, threadbare, brown-stripe-stained tighty-whitey for 10 years or more because it says to the world, "I don't care about any of you Mother Flowerbedders! And nobody cares about me!" But, behind this manly, gruff exterior is a boy who really wants the last person to see me alive to see me in a new-ish, clean pair of Tighty-Whities and know that, even though whatever I was doing right before I met my end was probably kind of stupid, someone loved me.

I am a CK briefs person but I was curious and wanted to try this 3-pack for about $8. I haven't worn Fruit of the Loom since I was probably 12!The packaging boasts about how soft they feel. I find nothing much special about the feel. They are similar to the feel of ribbed cotton but that doesn't take away from the comfort. They are comfortable to wear. The big issue for me is the "full coverage" and they look enormous when you take them out of the package. Once they're on they're OK. A bit too much fabric for my taste though.I did wash them in tepid water and dried them completely in the dryer on low heat. There was no noticeable shrinkage in the waist but they did shrink top to bottom somewhat and that's a plus in my opinion. There's still lots of "coverage" especially on the back side.I wear medium in just about everything and these fit comfortably.Overall I would say these are great for someone who isn't super choosy and people who just can't bring themselves to spend twice as much or more on other brands. I think these are great value for the money. I don't regret buying them and will just rotate them in with my CK briefs. I can just pull them up to remove the slack in the butt and look like I'm sagging when I'm not.

I’ve been wearing FTL briefs basically my entire life. These briefs are different than the larger pack I’ve been buying at Target. I’m not sure if all the briefs changed but this specific pack did but not in a bad way.A lot of people reviewed that they are smaller. This is true but you don’t necessarily need to order a larger size. They fit a bit more snug with a lot less extra fabric. The original briefs were a lot baggier with a lot of sagging fabric. These briefs do not sag. The waist size is exactly the same as the old ones.Also, I read that some said they are a thinner and cheaper brief. They are a bit thinner but I don’t think it’s because it’s cheaper, I think it’s because it’s just lighter and cooler.Over all, they fit better and they are the same level of comfort. If you want a looser brief than you might want to order one size up but if your fine with a bit more form fitting material, your normal size is fine. I’m 5ft 9, 170# and a medium is perfect for me.

Normally I get Haines, but they started using a 75% 25% cotton to polyester set up and that won't work for me. Since I have an mild reaction to polyester and try to stay away from it if possible. The last pair of Haines I got caused me some trouble and I couldn't figure out why, but now I know. I was about to order another pair when I noted the cotton to polyester set up. That's when I went looking for another type and ran across these. I note the 50-52 largest size and was a bit concerned as I usually get one size larger, but decided to take a chance. Well, I'm not disappointed. In fact and was very pleasantly surprised! This briefs fit very well and have a very generous amount of stretch and the all cotton solved the problem I was having with the polyester. I also like the fact that these seem to be a bit fuller cut than the Haines and that really provides more support than they gave. Will buy these again. A good job.
