The pastilles have a slightly sweet taste but aren’t overwhelming, which makes them easy and enjoyable to take throughout the day. And, if you're wondering what a pastilles is, it's kind of like a hard gummy. You can chew on them but they will stick to your teeth. It was for my son who gets really bad anxiety. He was going to this soccer game in a this big stadium and he knew it was going to be one of those days because of th me amount of people etc. he took one before going in and took another while there and he said he felt more at ease. He felt that he was able to mange his anxiety better and he was able to enjoy the game.

Just like the Rescue Remedy drops but in pastille form. They work nicely for stress relief. I like the fact I can slip a can of these in my purse for use at times. Easier than hauling a glass bottle around that might get broken. The pastilles are nicely flavored too. Not terribly strong but palatable. I love Rescue Remedy for those times I feel uptight or needing to just relax but I am too keyed up. The great part about them is, there is no lasting hangover effect like some medications can have. They are made of natural ingredients.

I would most definitely rate this product 4 out of 5 stars. The texture of the pastille is a bit "tough" as expected but, usually I'll just suck on it as I wouldnt recommend biting into it at all, lol. I purchased the product with hope that it would ease my anxiety. I am not entirely sure if it helped with that or not but I will say, I believe it has more of a calming, sleepiness effect. I will say, the container did come damaged so I ended up moving it into a plastic bag which was fine and kept it fresh but thats my only big qualm. You just pop one in your mouth and within 10-15 minutes, I felt that my body was calmer. The cranberry flavor was slightly tart but very good and light.

I love rescue remedy! I use the pastilles to help me relax and as a sleep aid every night. Black currant is my favorite flavor. My elderly mom also loves these for some much needed chill factor and her favorite is the orange and elder flower. The lemon ones are quite tart. I only wish they sold them in larger quantities, but I try to catch them on sale and stock up. The ingredients are super clean. I mean, of course, they’re made in Europe, so they don’t have all the junk that US products do. I love the handy and environmentally conscious tin design, which also has many uses after you’ve finished the tasty pastilles. The tin size can also fit in your pocket, for on the go calmness- traveling long flights, etc.. Depending on their freshness, the pastilles can be a bit harder if older or left exposed to air, and if they are very fresh, they more tender. If you try to chew on them instead of sucking on them, they will get stuck in your teeth, so you’ve been warned. But sometimes I can’t help myself because they’re quite tasty. :) Highly recommend these for a natural sleep aid that is also beneficial for nervous system support. While I wouldn’t consider this an inexpensive item, I do think that they are a good value, because the ingredients are quality and they really work. I have been using these for a long time and they continue to work, night after night.

While the product it's self was good and liked the flavor, for a product that is designed to reduce stress the packaging itself it's hard to open and induces more stress and frustration just to take the lid off.

I’m an old time user of rescue remedy and can’t get over how good it is. It really works. It helps me to relax and calm down, promotes healthy sleep. I’ve noticed that my husband’s blood pressure goes down to normal almost immediately after the droplets. I absolutely love that it’s not over sweetened and the flavors are great. My favorite one is currant, but pretty much all of them taste good without gimmick flavors.

Before my 2nd flight, I did some research on what is best to take for flights and I found this one. During that second flight, I took 1 immediately after noticing that I'm starting to have anxiety attacks and after a few minutes I felt chill and relaxed. Ever since I experienced it's effectiveness, I won't ever go out without this in my bag.Here are my Pros & Cons:Pros:+ Calms down my anxiety+ Helps me feel relaxed+ Doesn't make me feel sleepy+ Makes me feel more focused especially when doing tasks+ Reduces stress+ Packaging is great, I like the mechanism of opening the tin can and closing it; truly one of a kind+ Great Value+ Subtle taste, the taste is not overpowering; not too sweet+ Comes in a variety of flavours+ Feels like eating a gummy bear (a little bit harder than gummy bear)+ Very very effectiveCons:- Hard to find here in the UAE, only available online so i just buy here in Bolo. In the UK though, it is available in pharmacies such as BootsI highly recommend you trying this out if you're like me suffering from anxiety whether from flying, stressed and overwhelmed from work or being nervous during interviews.Try it and check if it works for you because from my experience and my husband, it really works well.Hope my review helps.
