I have had joint problems and a severe coughing problem for years andfatigueFeeling drained all the timeMemory lossi would feel mid afternoon always start feeling kind of spaced outmood swings and many other problems[...]If you look at the symptoms listed on this link i can tell you at least 15 of them i have had.All these years i thought it was because i was out of shape or a ton of other reasons. I was researching for products that might help me and while i spent a ton of money on wasted products that did not work i finally found the threelac.I started on the threelac for a couple months but i didnt feel allot better but then i realized i was only taking 1 a day i didnt know you were supposed to take more. Then i was not able to get some for quite some time and when i started getting it again i found this fivelac and thought if 3 lacs work good 5 lacs should work even better. So i bought some of the fivelac.I started with 1 packet for a couple days then went to 2 packets for a day then 3 then 4 and each day i added 1 more packet till i got to 6 as i had read someone else saying 6 a day was what helped them. I continued on this regimine for over 2 months. I had energy, my joints stopped hurting and i did not cough and i felt better then i had felt in years. And then i lost my job so this was the first thing to go. That was a big mistake. Within 3 weeks i could tell i was losing my energy and my joints started hurting again.Now being back on it again i can say keep on a higher dose till you really feel good i would say for most people at least 2-3 months. Then you can slowly back down to a 1-2 pack a day dose to make sure the problems are kept at bay and dont return.I can say that if you have many of the symptoms listed on the link i posted then try fivelac maybe the cure you have been looking for all this time is right here.

I have fought chronic yeast infections for years and suspect I have intestinal yeast overgrowth. I have tried everything: caprylic acid, herbs, essential oils, probiotics, anti-candida diets, etc. The problem is I can never stick to any regime long enough for it to work. If I am not consistent or go away for a weekend, the yeast problems come back. Two years ago I was diagnosed via a blood test with food allergies to gluten and casein; I believe the yeast caused these allergies via leaky gut syndrome. I saw Threelac advertised a couple years ago but thought it was just another expensive, too good to be true "pill." Recently in desperation I googled a bunch of stuff about Fivelac and thought, well, what do I have to lose (other than $50?). My box arrived two weeks ago and I started right away with a therapeutic dose of two packets a day. I did not notice any "die off" effect, but I am taking psyllium fiber every day and drink 8-10 glasses of water so I think I must be flushing it out. The good news is, it's working, albeit slowly. I can tell my yeast is less, and this while I have been NOT so good on my diet. I drink coffee in the morning, wine with dinner at night, and although I try to avoid gluten and casein and sugar, I don't always succeed. Also at the same time I started this I discontinued all other herbal supplements, probiotics etc. to see if this alone would work. Time will tell, I plan to continue two packets a day indefinitely. What I love is it's so easy to take, it's NOT a pill, and tastes pleasant. I am about to go on a 10 day vacation and I will definitely pack these and take them with me. This is the first thing I have tried that is so easy to take that I haven't missed or forgotten to take a single dose. That alone may increase its effectiveness over any other "regime." I hate taking pills and having to remember to take stuff on an empty stomach. I just hope it keeps working!

This product is incredible, by far the best probiotic on the market, for years now. The only problem is that it is rather expensive for me. But I need to tell those of you who are looking at this, something important regarding that very issue. This product works so well that once you get it in your system you don’t have to take it daily. You can go to every other day or even every three days and it still works!So it’s not as pricey when you take that into account. I love the little slender packets and it seems possible that the form it is in, seems to help its efficacy. Definitely a good product and ends up being well worth the money!!

My son has autism and we have seen awesome results. He is now 6 and was diagnosed at the age of 2. He has never slept the whole night through and many times during each week he will wake up at odd hours(like 2am or not even go to bed until 4am) and be up and then crash at school or when he gets home. His sleeping schedule was horrible, so freaking bad and it was of course making my wife and I's horrible as well.The yeast/fungal overgrowth kept him up and caused him a lot of pain. Since giving him Fivelac (we started on Threelac) He has slept every night the WHOLE night through from 9:30pm to 7ish am for the last month!!! This is nothing short of a miracle. There is no placebo going on here, he only knows I make him drink lemon tasting water in the morning. Of course we are seeing great results in other areas like his speech and willingness to pronounce words better, we also believe he can hear the words better; what happens inside a brain effected by Leaky Gut Syndrome is complex and usually explain to be like a fog or underwater but that is putting it VERY simple. We are up to 5 packets a day currently but only have been doing it for a total of 2 months, on the first week starting on 1 packet a day for that week and upping 1 packet a week after that.It impressed me so much I am taking it now too. The thing is that it causes Leaky Gut Syndrome, yeast overgrowth that is. Leaky Gut Syndrome causes many ailments in the brain. I was in a fog emotionally. Since taking it I am feeling much better and now I have the task of controlling my anxiety now that my emotions and how I used to feel are starting to reappear.My wife is going to start taking it too. I am glad for the time being the price has come down! ;-)

This is the one product I invest in. I see results. If you have candida overgrowth, I suggest this product. I take one sachet in the morning before I eat that's it. It's the best Probiotic I have ever used.

Many suppliers sell these; at many different prices.....Bolo is easily the best value by quite a few £'s. A great way to get your friendly bacteria in a tasty little dose which reminds me of eating lemon puff biscuits! I keep them on my worktop & feed them to the whole family daily. Will definitely be reordering when the box gets low.

After becoming very ill with an infection after childbirth, I spent 8 days in hospital on a cocktail of iv antibiotics. I went home on oral antibiotics. A while later I developed a candida infection in my gut. Amongst all the digestive problems, I also developed psoriasis, athletes foot and other fungal infections. Alongside a strict diet I started taking these, taking a risk because of the cost, but everywhere I looked I found these recommended. I am now year on and the psoriasis has gone, as has the athletes foot etc, and the digestive problems are pretty much gone. I continue taking these as my body feels much stronger when I do. And if I have eaten foods that are not good for candida then I medicate myself with these. They are superb and I could not have returned to health in the way hat I have without them. Expensive but worth it.

Can't give it five stars yet as still feeling the advantages. Pro's...definitely helps in fight against Candida, cons...experience quite bad die off symptoms first of all and makes your lymph glands hurt when first working, however if you soldier on through that it's great! Still using and recommend.
