So I have a weird itch on my arms called brachioradial pruritis. It's not an itch due to external allergens or other irritants - it comes from the nerve receptors under the skin. More common for people who's arms are exposed to the sun. I ride a Harley in the desert when it's 115 so I get a lot of sun. My dermatologist said to try capsaicin cream. This one seemed as though it didn't burn as hot as some others from the reviews but I can't say if it really works. I CAN say the smell emanating from my arms is practically asphyxiating!I put it in a small area last night and it seemed to work ok. But this evening both arms were firing up so I had to use more in a larger overall area (hence the asphyxiation...). It didn't work right away - I had to also resort to benzocaine spray - but it seemed to work ok for awhile. But after a couple of hours, it's time to put more on.So I think I'm going to try something hotter and less mentholated.

I’ve used this product for many years. Originally found it at my local nutrition store. Because it was sold out for months my daughter told me about a new way to order products online “Bolo”. She looked it up, found it, ordered it, and it was delivered three days later. This product was my very first experience with Bolo. AWESOME!This product has helped me and my clients in amazing ways.Personally, I’ve had times when my pain had been so great one would consider going to emergency room. Instead I placed this product on the pain, wrapped the area with a towel, then went to bed... the next morning the pain was completely gone. Clients call it The Orange Miracle Ointment.At the current price I will keep buying it. It is an amazing product and the valuable relief is worth the cost.The price has been going up over the years. Like the Apple iPhone the increase in price is getting to a point that switching products is on my mind. At some point the companies will exceed the consumers willingness to pay. Current price point causes me to use this product sparingly. If price continues to increase I would be in the market for a replacement product.Next I’ll add cautions that works for me... note: these cautions are well worth consideration but does not outweigh the benefits.1) Be aware to not touch eyes or private areas after applying this product (don’t touch treated area and then touch eyes or privates / caution when using bathroom 🥵).2) If this product is causing a burning sensation do not apply water to cut the heat. Water makes it burn more. Instead apply an oil: Coconut oil, olive oil, etc...3) This product is orange. It will stain material. If placing product on shoulders for example... wearing a brown shirt (NOT WHITE) works well.Brown sheets on bed (NOT WHITE). Highly recommend! This Cayenne Heat Ointment is the best on the market! A few years ago I had this dark mark under both my breasts that I had gotten from the bra I wore and I applied this heat ointment to it and within a few weeks the black mark was gone! My son has a knee injury from sports, he uses this whenever he needs relief! This ointment is made of the best quality... a little is all you need! It is very hot and works for hours. You can rub it on the night before and go out in the sun the following day and still find the area you put it on is on fire and you're questioning yourself why is that area on fire... then you'll remember, oh is the Cayenne! You have any type of poor circulation issue... this ointment will clear that up in no time! Swelling on your legs, no problem! Trust me... this ointment has a wide range of uses! 5 💫💫💫💫💫 stars!

I have been using this product for several years now and it has never failed,it is fantastic for muscle injuries and soreness.My wife suffers from quite bad pain in her back which comes on out of the blue,after a few days applying this ointment she is back to herself,it is totally natural so no nasty chemicals and most importantly it works!

Did a great job on my wife's back. But.....it's quite expensive and she went through it all in three days. I won't buy again.
